Design Service

Sometimes we need a little help from an expert. That's where our design team comes in. From choosing a colour scheme to ensuring you have the perfect product for the job, the team will help you every step of the way. Our design consultants are fully qualified and trained to guide you through your most important selection and to give your project the unique touch it deserves. Once our designers have been to the site we will then invite you to one of our showrooms to go through the designs in detail. We then present you with professional branded documents including product proposal design (a summary of images, colours, moods/styles) and elevation design or 3D visual (as well as technical specifications for your installer). Delivery Service

The products are delivered to place at customers’ request with the motto: fast, safe, economical. We guarantee products in the best condition to buyers. If you have any queries regarding our delivery service please contact your local showroom or our customer service team. These deliveries are made by our own fleet of Vietceramics trucks and vans wherever possible. The delivery charges for all other products are based on the weight and size of the order placed.
